Lead Software Engineer | Day-to-Day

• Lead the design and development of complex, scalable applications using .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Define engineering standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for the development team.
• Architect and maintain secure, high‑availability cloud-based systems optimized for performance.
• Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
• Mentor engineers, fostering continuous learning, quality craftsmanship, and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality, security, and maintainability standards.
• Solve advanced technical challenges and influence decisions related to architecture and technology stack selection.
