  • Act as an escalation point for the desktop support team.
  • Manage tickets with Microsoft for issue resolution.
  • Perform Windows vulnerability management tasks.

Description

We're hiring! US Company looking for a Lead IT Support based in Brazil for a remote role! Our mission at Holdper transcends the limits of simple business purpose. For this challenge you must have :
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Office - resolving customer issues, SME on SharePoint, and Teams end-user support
  • Experience with Account administration (e.g. Active Directory, group policy, Okta, logon problems including remote logon issues)
  • Experience with Service Now, ticket and escalation handling
  • Experience with AV (audio / video) meeting room support and troubleshooting (Cisco VCs, Solstice, App Space, Liaise with HQ team and local AV vendor)
  • Experience with Process Automation - Power Automate, MS Forms
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field
  • Fluent English
As a regional technical reference, you'll also be responsible for :
  • Escalation point for the other desktop members
  • Opening tickets with Microsoft
  • Windows Vulnerability management via RiskSense and Powershell scripting
  • Asset life-cycle replacement, reporting and recycling
  • EMEA Meeting room monthly reporting
  • Roll out of Tanium & ControlUp
Desired :
  • Experience with the ITIL principles (Including Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management)
