BPOD LatAm is looking for a Latam SalesDirector to join our team in São Paulo, SP.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the LATAM region, ensuring high-quality standards, alignment with KPIs, and efficient resource allocation.
- Expand the territory and grow the account base to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead market forecasting across LATAM to support strategic decision-making at the corporate level.
- Participate in corporate forecast meetings, providing accurate and actionable sales insights from the region.
- Provide leadership and operational direction to ensure scalable and profitable growth.
- Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the cultural and economic dynamics across key Latin American markets.
- 6+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally within the tech, software, or cybersecurity industry.
- Experience working in startup/ high-growth environments is highly desirable.
- Proven strategic planning, advanced analytical skills, and exceptional sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Language skills: Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish (required).
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate independently.
