Your function

In the position of Junior Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for translating business needs of GBU's and Countries into an optimized flow (underwriting) process with heavy reliance on automated credit processes as well as optimizing the manual decisioning process, coordination of the implementation and testing process related to automated credit scoring in a way that optimizes the trade-off between profitability and risk limitations, and for reporting and monitoring (1st line of defense) as it related to retail credit decisioning.

  • Monitor and analyze process, scorecard, and portfolio performance and pro-actively inform management about required actions.
  • Design, implement & maintain automated credit decision tools and processes in line with business requirements and the procedural and regulatory frameworks, to ensure efficient and effective use of decision-tools.
  • Lead and / or actively participate in projects to enhance the risk management processes and performance.
  • Liaise and work together with many different (international) stakeholders.
  • Pro-actively involve group functions to discuss and have improvements prioritized in the automated decision process.
  • Ensure decision engine (Crivo) is well functioning in all countries.
  • Lead the rerating processes in the applicable countries.
  • Support the countries identifying and obtaining new data sources to improve digital processes.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate SQL knowledge.
  • Intermediate Python proficiency.
  • Intermediate data analysis.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Critical thinking.
