Qualificações

Responsabilidades

  • Accurate booking of vouchers, invoices, and receipts into the company’s accounting system.
  • Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable (AP/AR) workflows across various client accounts.
  • Performing bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
  • Verifying financial data and correcting discrepancies in the general ledger.
  • Assisting the senior team in preparing monthly financial reports and organizing documentation.

In this role, you will work remotely supporting a portfolio of international clients. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional looking to gain deep operational experience in international accounting and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate booking of vouchers, invoices, and receipts into the company’s accounting system.
  • Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable (AP/AR) workflows across various client accounts.
  • Performing bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
  • Verifying financial data and correcting discrepancies in the general ledger.
  • Assisting the senior team in preparing monthly financial reports and organizing documentation.
Requirements:
  • Advanced/Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience with data entry, bookkeeping, or administrative finance tasks is a plus, but we hire for attitude and train for skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new software/ERP systems quickly.
  • High attention to detail, ability to focus on repetitive tasks with accuracy, and a proactive attitude.
