The Junior Operations Analyst will provide operational support to the Campinas office, ensuring efficient facility management,assistingregional billing processes, supporting warranty replacements, and executing import and export workflows. This role will also act as a key support partner to the commercial, engineering, and training teams, offeringtimelyandaccurateoperationalassistanceto enable smooth business activities.
Help manage day-to-day facility operations for the Campinas office, including vendor coordination, maintenance requests, and officelogistics. Support regional billing processes by preparing documentation,validatinginformation, and ensuringtimelysubmission.
Coordinate warranty replacement processes, including tracking, communication with vendors/customers, and documentation control.Assistwith import and export procedures, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and local regulations.
Provide operational support to commercial, engineering, training, and other cross-functional teams as needed.
Maintainaccuraterecords, reports, and internal databases.Assistwith purchasing, inventory control, and asset management.
Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in operations,logistics, facilities, or administrative roles.
Basic understanding of billing, supply chain, or office management processes.
Intermediate Englishproficiency(reading, writing, and communication). Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation (desired but not mandatory).
Ability to work with internal systems Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail andhighsense of ownership.
