Desirable experience

• Interest in support and QA roles
• Deep understanding of JIRA
• Understanding of JIRA API's and ability to use them
• Understanding of JIRA performance and tuning

Jira, ITSM, and process workflow.

Minimum Applicant Requirements

• At least 2+ years of working experience in relevant technologies
