About you

You have a communicative and service oriented working approach and being in a global environment, working with people from different backgrounds and nationalities, highly motivates you, then, we are looking for a performance driven HCM SAP IT Specialist to support our Human Resource (HR) IT product team.

Skills & qualities we are looking for:
  • Extensive knowledge in SAP HCM system, with experience in Payroll and / or Time Management solutions and their integrations with the SAP ERP;
  • Knowledge of SAP Success Factors and / or SAP Concur also are beneficial;
  • Software implementation methodology knowledge;
  • Experience in software development or knowledge of ABAP programing are beneficial;
  • Ability to manage multiple taks with varying priorities;
  • Willingness to learn and be open to new working methods and technologies;
  • English Language ability.
About the job
As an SAP inhouse HCM specialist based in Contagem you are:
  • Responsible for understanding the process requirements defined by HR global process experts designing the conceptual software implementation solution;
  • Support global process experts on improvement projects implementation on software changes definition.
Your tasks will include:
  • Cooperate with global teams, independent of the region, to implement projects, attend requests and resolve the issues related to Attract_to_grow (AtG) processes;
  • Lead or participate in task forces to mitigate complex issues, eliminate root causes of the problems and achieve system stabilization;
  • Perform second level support and third level maintenance activities, facilitating the problem analysis and improving the global communication with other analysts from other regions;
  • Act closer to global process expertsand Key Users when a very high incident occurs, accelerating the workaround recommendation and issue resolution;
  • Conduct and / or participate in workshops, training and knowledge transfer sessions to be aware of the processes implemented and perform an efficient support for users;
  • Support leaders to manage routines and KPI's and cooperate to increase quality of services.
