Job Description

The IT Application and Analytics Analyst LATAM plays a crucial role in the company's global IT strategy, responsible for coordinating and communicating global business applications within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Aligns with HQ BA service owners, HQ Data Team, BRMs, and local peers to ensure informed project updates. Manages specific LATAM Analytics products and their associated services. Assesses analytics demands from various business areas, scopes requirements, and identifies suitable technology solutions.

Demand Capture & Alignment Process Support

Serves as regional counterpart for Analytics requests. Captures, documents, prioritizes, and addresses local demands while considering security or privacy requirements. Ensures thorough understanding of business cases and facilitates effective communication among stakeholders.

Supporting Service Delivery & Projects

Oversees projects globally or regionally, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Develops project documentation, action plans, and communicates effectively with stakeholders. Manages third‑party relationships and ensures business user satisfaction.

Supporting Service Ownership, Operation & CSI Processes

Owns and manages aligned regional services, ensuring strategic fit and coordination. Collaborates with local and global service owners to develop and maintain service roadmaps. Reviews operational KPIs to generate insights, identify improvement opportunities, and drive actions.

Analytics

Assesses analytics demands from teams across LATAM and performs user interviews to understand diverse interests. Analyzes data sources and works with the HQ Data committee to define data visualization goals. Identifies data integration options, methods, and technologies, aligning approaches with decision‑makers.

Qualifications

Strong communicator and relationship builder with solid business process understanding. Project Management experience, including ITIL knowledge beyond theory. Team‑oriented, self‑driven, motivated personality with hands‑on and flexible approach. Ability to translate complex requirements into technical concepts and interact with all levels of employees / executives.
