Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of our mobile applications for iOS and Android (as applicable to the role).
• Build fast, reliable, and scalable features with the modern tech stack in use.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—from backend engineers to product managers—focused on user outcomes.
• Design and deliver robust architecture that prioritizes performance and maintainability.
• Contribute to a strong team culture through mentorship, pairing, and open feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of iOS development experience
• Proficient in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Xcode, MVVM, Cocoapods, and SPM
• Strong understanding of iOS provisioning and release workflows
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2)
• Familiarity with design patterns (MVVM, MVC, VIPER)
• Solid grasp of threading, offline storage, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of open-source iOS libraries and clean code practices
• Experience with Git and CI tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience mentoring developers of varying seniority

Nice to Have

• Android (Kotlin/Java) or cross-platform experience (React Native, Flutter)
• Exposure to functional programming
