About the Role The Integration & Workflow Engineer will design, develop, and maintain integrations, APIs, and workflow-based solutions that connect systems, services, and business processes. This role is essential to ensure system interoperability, automation, performance, and reliability.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop system integrations, APIs, and workflow solutions.
• Build and maintain automation and orchestration processes across platforms.
• Apply and promote best practices in integration architecture, development, and testing.
• Validate integrations, workflows, and new features before release.
• Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Act proactively on technical risks, issues, and scalability challenges.
• Support maintenance, debugging, and continuous improvement activities.
• Contribute to technical decisions and mentor junior developers when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience with system integration and workflow-driven development.
• Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and automation solutions.
• Experience with Apigee, Node.js, and modern integration platforms.
• Solid knowledge of software development best practices and testing methodologies.
• Experience with performance monitoring and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
• English: Advanced / Fluent.
