Downtown Engineers (DWT ENG) is a fast-growing, New York-based, MEP engineering firm that has completed over 300 projects and designed more than 3 million square feet of built space in NY.
We're hiring a Brazil-based , remote professional to join our fast-growing team, someone who can expand our client base and deepen relationships with current accounts through strategy, consistency and smart communication.
This is a full-cycle sales role with a dual focus :
- Growing existing accounts through upsell, retention and referrals
- Bringing in new clients through outbound outreach and inbound lead conversion
You’ll work directly with leadership and marketing, crafting proposals, driving conversations and turning connections into long‑term partnerships.
Compensation & Structure
- Full‑time contractor (remote)
- Base salary and a strong commission on upsells and new deals

What you’ll do
1. Account management & expansion
- Own and nurture a portfolio of active clients through regular touchpoints (calls, check‑ins, QBRs)
- Identify expansion opportunities: discovery and account mapping
- Tailored technical proposals to drive revenue per account
2. Pipeline growth & lead generation
- Source and qualify new leads via outbound prospecting (calls, , email sequences), especially architecture firms and developers
Structured outreach and consultative selling
- Engage inbound leads with speed and strategic follow‑up to increase conversion rates
3. Revenue enablement & cross‑functional collaboration
- Accurate CRM hygiene across activities, pipeline stages and contact engagement
- Sales messaging, campaign content and lead nurture flows
- Optimize service offerings and sales collateral by field optimization
Requirements
Must-haves
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Confident in outbound calling and consultative sales
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales
- Skilled in proposal writing and client communication
- Proactive, organized, self‑starter profile
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in engineering, construction or technical services
- Hands‑on experience with sales automation tools
- Track record in account growth and client retention
