Our legal team provides key support for TikTok's innovative initiatives, state-of-the-art products, and global infrastructure expansion.

We enable our technological and business teams to achieve their vision by providing integrated, business-oriented legal guidance.

As TikTok continues to grow rapidly, one of the most critical challenges is ensuring that our global infrastructure projects, including data center development and large-scale facilities, receive exceptional legal support.

This position will be part of the Global Legal team, with a focus on supporting TikTok's infrastructure initiatives in Brazil and Latin America.

We are looking for a proactive, resilient, and business-savvy legal professional who can bridge global cultural and skillset differences through expertise, insight, and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support for infrastructure projects in Brazil and across Latin America.
• Advise on real estate matters, including land acquisition, leasing, zoning, licensing, and permitting.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including construction, engineering, procurement, outsourcing, utilities, and service-level agreements.
• Support regulatory and compliance matters, including environmental, health & safety, data protection, and local infrastructure regulations.
• Partner closely with global and regional teams on cross-border infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and risk frameworks.
• Manage external counsel and coordinate with technical, engineering, procurement, tax, and government affairs teams.
• Provide strategic guidance on dispute prevention and resolution in connection with infrastructure projects.
• Assist in developing scalable legal processes to support the fast-paced growth of infrastructure operations in the region.

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Brazil.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience, with significant focus on infrastructure, construction, real estate, or related regulatory matters.
• Strong commercial contract negotiation and drafting skills.
• Proven ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage across functions and cultures.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
