Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health insurance plans tailored to specific market areas
• Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to refine product portfolios
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new product enhancements
• Manage the annual product portfolio process, including key meetings and documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in collaboration with the Mental Health Parity team

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; BA or advanced degree in Business or a health-related field preferred
• At least 3 years of product management experience in health insurance, preferably individual ACA health insurance
• Experience with self-service data reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Cognos
• Proven ability to forecast market trends based on historical data
• Strong presentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a heavily matrixed environment
• Collaborative approach to achieving results and driving resolution of issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Intellectual curiosity and analytical acumen
