Qualificações

  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills.

As the Implementations Lead, you will bridge technical execution and local team leadership, becoming an expert in private‑markets data and guiding clients onto the Carta LPPA software for long‑term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly interact with clients, managing implementation projects from requirement gathering to final system setup.
  • Extract initial data tranches from documents and hand them off to the LPPA MDS team or clients.
  • Provide remote training via video conferencing, email, and quick calls to answer technical questions around LPPA software.
  • Establish strong customer relationships as the first post‑sale service provider, fostering long‑term loyalty.
  • Work comfortably with data and business systems to develop training content for customers.
  • Think creatively to propose software solutions for both equity and use‑case challenges.
Local Lead and Future Manager Duties
  • Oversee onboarding, learning, and development for the local support team.
  • Encourage career growth and performance from a professional and metrics‑driven perspective.
  • Review team and individual performance metrics; provide strategic recommendations.
  • Lead execution of strategic initiatives, such as new processes, systems, and tools across the department.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify customer pain points and recommend product improvements that ensure a “magical” customer experience.
The Team You’ll Join

As the first post‑sale service provider in a high‑growth environment, you will eventually lead a team of Support Analysts and Specialists. You will work closely with product, engineering, and internal implementation leaders to continuously improve onboarding and service models for new customer types.

About You
  • Communication – Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills; able to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Organization – Highly organized with extreme attention to detail, managing multiple active projects.
  • Client‑Centric – Deeply care about client services; diplomatic and poised when communicating under pressure.
  • Technical Proficiency – Proficient in Excel and experienced with CRMs (preferably Salesforce).
  • Analytical Mindset – Able to identify problems, perform root‑cause analysis, and execute action plans.
  • Adaptability – Flexible, resilient, and comfortable with uncertainty.
  • Leadership Traits – Proactive, ambitious, self‑starter who takes ownership and empowers teammates.
  • Experience (Preferred) – Knowledge of finance/accounting or experience at a high‑growth software company.
