A leading HR company in São Paulo is seeking a Human Resource and ADM Manager to oversee recruitment, compliance, and payroll processes. The ideal candidate should possess 5 to 7 years of HR experience, with solid skills in recruiting, communication, and leadership. Fluency in English is required, along with a strong understanding of HR laws. This role demands a results-driven team player who can manage pressure effectively. 1.Recruitment, hiring, and termination processes;
2.To ensure compliance with legal regulations and to act directly in labor relations and negotiations;
3、Manage Human Resources processes (payroll, timekeeping, benefits, labor law);
4、Coordination in the closing of payroll and benefits;
5、Provide the suitable candidate for clients and manage the EOR.
6、Manage the cost of EOR and provide the settlement amount to finance to issue the invoices.
1. Manage the rental of dormitories Chinese staff and office, including routine maintenance and cleaning.
2. Manage the procurement of fixed assets and consumables for the office.
3. Procurement of office equipment and office materials for employees.
