This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times/week or 8 days/month) or Porto Alegre (3 times/week or 12 days/month). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you\'ll serve as the front-line HR contact/lead for TELUS Digital Solutions’ Brazil operations (Porto Alegre and São Paulo locations). Your geographical oversight may expand as our company grows across Central and South America.
You\'ll manage a world-class onboarding experience and be a key resource for internal and external stakeholders regarding benefits, people processes, business partnership and HR Operations. In collaboration with our HR and Employee Experience team, you\'ll help foster an environment where all our team members thrive.
