Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at BairesDev

We are seeking an experienced HRBP to work as a liaison between our People Experience team (PeopleX) and internal areas to guarantee all objectives are met and the most value is added.

You'll be responsible for strategic HR partnership, ensuring alignment between business needs and talent management while providing expert guidance on HR policies and programs.

What You'll Do
  • Partner up with business area leaders to align on the best strategies to address business needs and ensure compliance with internal talent management cycles.
  • Provide input, support, and collaborate with key HR Departments to test, launch, and review programs and initiatives.
  • Analyze business needs, trends, and metrics in partnership with key HR Departments to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Problem solving and process interpretation.
Requirements
Required
  • 3+ years of experience working as an HR generalist.
  • HRBP knowledge of stakeholder management, leadership coaching, conflict management, performance management, talent development, employee / labor relations, and compensation.
  • Experience working with C-Level Executives or Top Management.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced English level.
Desirable
  • Experience in the tech industry.
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • Portuguese and Spanish language skills.
