You’ll join an energetic and diverse global HRBP team, and you’ll be based in Sao Paulo. We are in the exciting stage of continuous growth of DiDi business in Latin American market, and you’ll work closely with business teams to make this happen.
We work with business stakeholders of all levels to deliver work across Organization, Talent, and Culture pillars. As HRBP, you’re more than executing People Cycle. You’ll take ownership in driving organization structure & resource planning, talent pipeline construction, talent learning & development, C&B strategy and implementation, and team engagement and culture – alongside our close partners in HR COE teams.
