About the Job :

This position will be responsible to coordinate all global and local projects, reports, KPi's, dashboards, with total interaction with IBS and HR Tech global teams.

Main Responsibilities :

• Governance of all Global and Local projects;
• Acting as PMO or Change in all projects;
• Active participation in global meetings and forums;

Innovation and continuous improvement of all HR processes and systems.

Technical Requirements

• Advanced Inglish in continuos improvement;
• Analytical profile;

Communication and fluid performance at different levels.
