What does an HR Business Partner do at Hogarth?

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in supporting leaders across Squads, Hubs, Studios, and Core teams.

You will be responsible for embedding a strong people and performance culture, acting as a trusted advisor, and co-building processes from the ground up in a fast-paced, creative environment.

This is a high-impact role for someone who :

  • Has previous experience as an HRBP in companies with strong culture
  • Brings a modern HR toolkit but is also ready to build structure where needed
  • Acts with business acumen and understands that HR is a means to an end
  • Supports leaders with confidence, while also driving and owning initiatives independently
  • Has the real potential to grow with the business, showing adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and a clear sense of ownership
Key Responsibilities
  • Champion Hogarth's values and behaviors in day-to-day actions, decisions, feedback, and communication
  • Co-create the culture handbook and define expected behaviors with leadership
  • Equip managers to be culture guardians, offering support and course correction as needed
  • Help maintain high performance with lightness, clarity, and real autonomy
  • Lead employee experience and engagement initiatives
  • Support leadership in managing teams, resolving conflicts, and driving talent growth
  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders across Squads, Studios, and Core teams
