Requirements :

What are we looking for?

• Responsible for the day‑to‑day people agenda, ensuring excellent HR administration and compliance with national regulations while being actively involved in the entire lifecycle of employee engagement
• Create evaluation according to the KPIs of each area and career plans and growth opportunities within the organization.
• Administer the office supplies and be the first point of contact with the building support team
• Responsible for HR areas in Brazil : onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement.
• Ensures employee data is always accurate in the HRIS.
• Maintains up‑to‑date employee files as per legislation and company requirements.
• Administer all employee benefits, including communication with the benefits providers

Good to have :

• 2 years experience in HR and recruitment.
• Good understanding of Brazilian labor, social security, and tax legislation.
