A global health technology company is seeking an HPM Associate Product Manager in Varginha, Brazil. The role involves managing the lifecycle of third-party products within patient monitoring solutions, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with diverse functional teams. You will be a technical generalist responsible for assessing product needs for of our integrated solutions in the patient monitoring and measurement space. An exciting opportunity to extend HPM’s competitive advantage and revenue by driving the commercialization of a portfolio of 3rd party products that support all HPM products.

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

  • Work cross functionally to support the end-to-end lifecycle management of third-party products including mounting solutions, displays, and medical devices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Quality, Sales, Procurement, Supplier Quality and Supply Chain to extend our HPM product portfolio to full solutions.
  • Identify and evaluate potential third-party product partnerships, conducting market analysis and due diligence to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Gain exposure and expertise across multiple business functions, projects, processes, and products.
  • Support the markets to define product requirements and specifications based on customer needs, HPM product specs, regulatory guidelines, and industry trends, while ensuring seamless integration with our existing HPM Portfolio.
  • Collaborate with external partners and R&D to oversee product validation and part number creation processes, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards.
  • Manage portfolio health and relevance by understanding a category of HPM’s product line and ensuring full solution enablement with appropriate accessories.
  • Your work will contribute to enhancing the overall quality, reliability, and performance of our medical devices, ensuring they meet the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • KPI’s: Portfolio Health, 3PP orderability, Time to Market.

You are a fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience in areas such as HW/mechanical engineering, product marketing, project management, etc.
  • Relevant /complementary experience in medical devices, solutions marketing, product development in an international business environment.
  • Have an ability and drive to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement.
  • Results oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results.
  • Excellent advocacy and persuasive skills to collaborate with local market and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible enough to change priorities with short notice when necessary.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
