BUSINESS UNIT POSITIONWe are looking for a Hotel Experience Manager to join our Hotel Success Management team in Brazil. This team is responsible for operational delivery towards our hotel partners, both inbound and outbound, driving the enablement of the HRS 5S Framework and optimizing hotel performance.
You will act as a strategic consultant for our hotel partners, supporting onboarding, training, and ongoing optimization. Your focus will be on both the strategic and operational levels, ensuring hotels meet key performance indicators and maintain high-quality standards in content, rates, and availability.
