A growing B2B SaaS platform is seeking a Growth Product Manager to enhance monetization and optimize self-serve funnels. This full-time role requires 4–7+ years of experience in a revenue-focused position within B2B SaaS, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. We are looking for a full-time, self-motivated, and result-oriented Growth Product Manager who will support our Client Growth team by impacting how we monetize our product, improve our self-serve PLG funnel conversion, and collaborate with different teams and departments.
Pricing & Monetization – Own the pricing and packaging strategy, define value metrics, analyze performance, design pricing experiments, and build dashboards.
PLG Funnel Ownership – Own the self-serve funnel for key user paths (sign-up ? activation ? paid conversion ? expansion), identify drop-offs, prioritize experiments, and partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to implement changes.
Experimentation & Analytics – Define hypotheses, experiment designs, and success metrics for pricing and PLG initiatives; use product analytics to understand cohort behavior, conversion, and retention; synthesize learnings and share recommendations with leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Head of Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales & CX, and Customer & Market Insight teams to align experiments, gather feedback, track competitor pricing models, and inform tests on plans, free tiers, trials, and upgrades.
Professional spoken and written English.
4–7+ years in a Growth PM, Product Manager, Data-Driven Product Marketing, or similar revenue-focused role in B2B SaaS or marketplaces.
Hands-on experience with PLG or self-serve funnels, experimentation, and improving activation / conversion.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with SQL / BI tools or equivalent, alongside product analytics.
Experience with or strong interest in pricing and packaging strategy.
Able to work across functions and influence without formal authority; enjoy aligning Product, Marketing, and Sales around experiments.
Experience in creator, influencer, or marketing tech (bonus).
Prior work on usage-based or hybrid pricing model (bonus).
