Key Responsibilities
1 Market Intelligence & Analysis
  • Continuously deepen market understanding—key pain points, industries, competitors, regulations, trends, and communication opportunities.
  • Maintain close contact with the local team (Head of Sales, BDRs, AEs, CX) to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Analyze CRM (HubSpot) data to track lead sources and optimize acquisition strategies.
2 Content Strategy & Performance Marketing
  • Suggest and review always‑on content for Social Media for the European market (LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, etc.).
  • Content suggestions will stem from market research.
  • The Growth Marketer will provide the Social Media team with relevant topics, context, and detailed insights to create engaging content.
  • Content review will ensure that messaging resonates with the local market, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate on the Paid Media strategy: reviewing keywords, ads, and creatives for local campaigns.
  • While this role won't develop paid media campaigns directly, the Growth Marketer will provide insights on relevant themes, competitor trends in advertising, and market‑specific opportunities.
  • This will help the Paid Media team, alongside content, multimedia, and design, create high‑impact campaigns.
  • Once the Paid Media team develops the campaign proposals, the Growth Marketer will review creatives as needed to ensure proper market adaptation.
3 Growth Marketing & Demand Generation
  • Coordinate the production of customer success stories from the region.
  • Organize webinars and virtual events (HuTalks) featuring local speakers, managing end‑to‑end execution.
  • Engage in HR / Internal Communications groups and other relevant social media communities in the target market.
  • Encourage organic mentions of Humand on social media and industry‑specific media (niche accounts, customers, sector influencers, etc.).
  • Propose and execute new growth hacking initiatives to boost lead generation and brand awareness in the region.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or a similar growth marketing role.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in demand generation strategies and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in global environments and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a hands‑on execution approach.
