We are looking for an innovative and data-driven Growth Account Manager (GAM) to join our Associates Team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to develop and implement scalable growth strategies for a large portfolio of promising accounts within our Associates Program, helping bridge the gap between Unmanaged and Managed accounts. The role involves identifying high-potential accounts from our unmanaged tier that show readiness to scale and would benefit from enhanced program features and support.

As a Growth Account Manager, you will be crucial in creating and executing systematic approaches to drive growth across multiple accounts simultaneously. You'll be responsible for developing scalable solutions, implementing automated processes, and creating standardized frameworks that can be efficiently deployed across your portfolio.

We are looking for candidates with the following three attributes :

You are scalability-focused : You excel at identifying patterns and creating repeatable solutions that can be implemented across multiple accounts. You have the ability to develop standardized growth frameworks and automated processes that can efficiently drive results for a large portfolio of accounts. You understand how to leverage technology and systems to maximize impact while minimizing manual intervention.

You are systems-oriented : You will design and implement systematic approaches to account growth, including automated communication strategies, scalable training programs, and standardized optimization processes. You can create clear, replicable playbooks that enable accounts to self-serve while identifying opportunities for programmatic improvements.

You are data-intelligence driven : You will analyze portfolio-wide trends, segment performance patterns, and identify common growth barriers. You\'ll use data analytics to spot high-potential accounts within the unmanaged tier and develop data-driven solutions that can be deployed at scale, measure program effectiveness, and continuously optimize based on performance metrics across your account base.

Key job responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate high-potential accounts from the unmanaged tier using defined criteria and data analysis
  • Design and implement scalable growth strategies for a large account portfolio
  • Develop standardized frameworks and playbooks for account success
  • Create automated processes and systems for efficient account management
  • Identify and address common growth barriers across account segments
  • Build and maintain scalable communication and educational programs
  • Monitor portfolio-wide metrics and trends
Implement data-driven optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance program effectiveness
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in marketing and web metrics, including deep data analysis and diverse revenue models expertise
  • Experience with SQL, programming and Excel VBA
  • Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial
  • Advanced English
  • Experience managing large portfolios or programs
  • Proven ability to develop and implement scalable solutions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
