What is Required

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a product manager for a software product, with B2B or B2C cloud experience preferred
• At least 3 years of experience as a people manager
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-user products that successfully achieve business objectives
• Experience in enterprise software development and with UX and engineering teams
• Strong ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agile development processes and frequent product release cycles
• Passion for web-based business software
• Experience contributing to suites of products or within scaled software releases
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization
