Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel Google campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Discovery
  • Own Google Merchant Center setup, feed maintenance, and optimization
  • Research and identify new audiences, keywords, and trends
  • Run A / B tests and iterate based on clear performance signals
  • Monitor budgets and pacing to hit ROAS and CPA targets
  • Analyze and present weekly campaign performance with actionable insights
  • Partner with account managers and strategists to align on broader goals
  • Write strong ad copy and collaborate on landing page / testing strategy
  • Proactively flag opportunities to scale or shift strategy
  • Exclude branded queries from performance reporting to maintain transparency
Technical Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Google Ads—Search, PMax, Shopping, and YouTube
  • Strong grasp of full-funnel performance strategy and attribution models
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization
  • Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail with tracking, conversion actions, and pixel / tag setup
  • Familiarity with bid strategies (TCPA, TROAS) and segmentation best practices
  • Comfort interpreting data and explaining insights to clients

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
