The Role:

We’re looking for a Google Media Buyer who thrives on strategy, data, and creative experimentation. Someone who sees the full funnel, not just the click-through rate.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven Google Ads campaigns
  • Manage budgets, test creatives, and continuously optimize for ROAS and scalability
  • Analyze campaign data to extract insights and present actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with creative, data, and brand teams to align ad strategy with broader brand goals
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to keep clients competitive
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads (E-commerce experience a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data
  • Deep understanding of targeting, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization
  • Experience running campaigns focused on profitability and growth, not just volume
  • Creative eye for ad messaging, hooks, and video performance patterns
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and scaling ad spend efficiently
Bonus Points
  • Experience integrating ad performance with CRO or creative strategy
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualization tools
