We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Business Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for transforming digital data into insights that drive strategic decisions, providing actionable insights to improve ROI across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable way.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various digital sources to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support Digital Marketing team by translating data into reporting, statistical analysis and strategic insights.
  • Create automated data-driven, scalable solutions that enhance performance across Digital Marketing Channels.
  • Analyze data identifying trends and patterns to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Forecasts and/or predicts customer behavior based upon trends, research and analysis.
  • Promote effective and efficient use of data available through CRM Dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Understand and use segmentation data and analysis to develop digital strategies and data modeling tools to achieve business objectives.
