We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Global HR Recruiter Lead to spearhead our international recruitment efforts and oversee key Human Resources processes across the employee lifecycle.
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on execution skills in both talent acquisition and core HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for remote global roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Develop and implement recruitment and selection strategies aligned with business needs.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and integration initiatives to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
- Manage internal communications related to HR, hiring, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate employee exit processes, offboarding, and feedback collection.
- Monitor and support payroll operations in collaboration with external providers (e.g., Remote).
- Draft and manage employment contracts in compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Support internal training programs, team‑building activities, and culture initiatives.
- Track recruitment KPIs and HR metrics to drive performance improvements and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and global leadership to support HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR roles, preferably in a global or remote context.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional collaboration and influence stakeholders.
- Expertise in recruitment, HR compliance, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience handling payroll coordination and understanding of global employment platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other remote collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret HR / recruitment metrics.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
