The incumbent may engage with leaders in major associations to influence the business environment. The role requires demonstrated skills in key leadership principles, including business acumen, career development, coaching, communication, customer satisfaction, empowerment, and fostering a positive work climate.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer and dealer markets with established industrial OEM relationships in the LATAM Region. The incumbent applies product and industry knowledge to support Caterpillar, dealer, and customer expectations and is involved in near‑term strategic planning, forecasting, and monitoring inventory within a 0–18 month horizon.
