Qualificações

The FX Settlement AVP.

is a critical position for the FX business considering settlement volumes, product criticality, seniority to approval payments (High amounts) and recent regulatory changes.

The FX Manager is a senior management level position responsible for managing and leading the FX operations processing team.

Responsible for international payments and lead Settlement Projects and Sanctions screening analysis.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure timely FX booking and settlemt meeting SLAs, policies and predifined thresholds ;
• Check and approval SWITS Messages ( MT103 / MT202)
• Processing all steps of FX ensuring the smooth running of transactions;
• Close interaction with the business to identify opportunities in terms of customer experience and operational flow improvements;
• Minimize bank risk, and provide solutions to reduce errors, and ensure adherence to audit and control policies;
• Escalate in a timely manner and resolve all requests / inquiries / issues / errors and identify policy gaps and formulate policies to streamline processes;
• Provide informal guidance and / or on-the-job-training to new team members;
• Keep all internal FX procedure manuals up to date; Ensure timely MCA / QAP deliverables meeting SLAs

Qualifications :

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in FX Settlement including strong knowledge in SWIFT and international payments
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English, spanish is a plus
• Control oriented

• Able to work with tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills to contact clients, Business and global teams

Education :

• Bachelor's Degree / University degree or equivalent experience
