About the Role

As Fund Operations Manager, you will ensure Amicorp meets all contractual, regulatory, and statutory obligations while actively supporting commercial growth. You’ll oversee the setup and administration of multiple investment funds, manage a dedicated team, and act as a key liaison between clients, investors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Deal Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of fund administration clients, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Advise on optimal fund structures, legal and regulatory frameworks, and ongoing process improvements.
• Oversee the drafting and review of commercial, fiscal, and legal documentation.
• Support fund launches, restructures, and liquidations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
• Attend client and internal meetings to provide technical and operational insights.

Sales & Business Growth

• Contribute to the commercial growth of Amicorp Fund Services by identifying opportunities and closing deals aligned with business targets.
• Develop and execute an ambitious sales plan, focusing on expanding relationships with existing clients and attracting new investors.
• Oversee smooth onboarding and transition management for new clients, ensuring a best‑in‑class experience.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

• Collaborate with global accounting teams (India / Mauritius) to deliver accurate and timely fund administration services.
• Review NAV packages, financial statements, and investor reports to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor KYC / AML checks, fund compliance, and audit readiness.
• Maintain comprehensive client records and ensure adherence to all reporting and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the Fund Operations team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and professional growth.
• Oversee training, performance management, and productivity tracking.
• Promote standardized procedures, process optimization, and continuous improvement across operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with 15+ years of experience in the investment fund industry.
• Strong professional network within family offices, investment advisers, foreign investors, and the venture capital community.
• Proven experience managing teams and fund operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Expertise in fund accounting, NAV calculations, capital calls, audit processes, and tax fund structures.
• Strong understanding of IFRS / US GAAP and both UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
• Excellent client‑acing, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commercially driven, proactive, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Experience with PFX Paxus is an advantage.
• CGA / CGE certification required.
