As a senior engineer, you'll jump right into meaningful, self-directed work—taking ownership over architecture decisions, implementing critical features, and helping shape the product from the outset. You'll have dedicated check-ins to receive feedback, discuss progress, and align expectations. This hands-on trial helps both of us confidently assess whether there's strong alignment on technical approach, autonomy, and long-term fit.
