We are looking for a FP&A (Finance Planning & Analysis) Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead process excellence initiatives for accounting operations in Brazil, including documenting current processes, identifying gaps, designing future-state workflows, and aligning stakeholders for implementation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the Order-to-Cash process.
  • Oversee tax compliance and reporting for Brazil, identifying opportunities for tax credits and optimization.
  • Ensure full compliance with local accounting standards and IFRS, leveraging reporting systems effectively.
  • Monitor P&L performance across multiple business units using KPIs, applying best practices, deliver insights and implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis
  • Identify and actively manage financial risks (e.g. exchange rate effects) and proposing actions to minimize financial impact.
  • Review and coordinate monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Strengthen internal controls over assets, revenues, costs, budgets, and actual expenditures.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial data and reports to senior leadership, tracking progress and changes.
  • Build strong relationships with senior cross-functional teams locally.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate controlling policies and procedures.
  • Strengthen internal communications across all levels of the organization.
  • Translate complex financial concepts for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Continuously challenge the status quo
What do we expect from you?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with active local CPA (CRC) registration. Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Controllership.
  • Experience in finance and accounting within large multinational companies.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong experience with SAP FI and CO, financial reporting, and tax processes.
  • Proven track record in managing financial reporting and ensuring compliance.
