You will be responsible for coordinate and implement annual / monthly / quarterly reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Opex and Capex), evaluate business cases for projects / investments, operating business models review, process improvements and so on.

Implement and optimize pricing and planning systems.

Support M&A, in / out licensing projects.

You’ll report directly to CFO and support CEO, Business Franchise Leads and other areas to align financial targets and mitigate financial risks.

This role requires to work on a hybrid environment, going to the offices in São Paulo (Capital) at least 3 times a week.

Your day at Ferring
  • FP&A Manager: Evaluating the financial health of a company
  • Providing financial analysis and reports on key performance indicators
  • Creating internal reports to support the company's decision‑making process
  • Identifying when and how companies can optimize their assets and investments
  • Collaborating with other departments within the organization to prepare accurate budgets
  • Building and maintaining financial models and forecasts
  • Analyzing historical data and conducting financial analysis
  • Reporting on variance analysis and pipeline analysis
  • Reviewing forecasts and budgets created by FP&A analysts and suggesting changes
  • Working with department heads to figure out each department’s likely revenue and expenses over the next several years
  • Speaking with other FP&A managers to consolidate their forecasts
  • Interpreting instructions from the Director / VP of FP&A, CFO, and CEO and making sure FP&A analysts follow them
  • Recruiting and training new hires
  • Improving on processes created by FP&A analysts
  • Creating forecasts and analyzing historical data
  • Pricing Manager: Developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitability
  • Working closely with other teams to closely track movements in costs
  • Monitoring and reporting on pricing performance and competitiveness
  • Analyzing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels
  • Assist in creating promotional campaigns, and conducting pricing optimisation and cost‑benefit analysis
  • Developing pricing proposals for new products and services
  • Tracking market trends and keeping up to date on prices set by competitors
  • Collaborating with product, sales, and finance teams on pricing decisions
  • Staying updated with pricing best practices and market dynamics
  • Managing pricing tools to set up and control commercial conditions
Qualifications
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
  • Solid years of experience in FP&A and business support
  • Prior experience in a similar role including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating pricing process documentation
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts
Soft Skills
  • Project Management: Participate in cross‑functional projects involving tax implications, providing strategic insights and decision‑making support
  • Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
