We are looking for Five9 Developer, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will

• Handling and troubleshooting issues related to Five9 / Clearview. Always ready to help and mentor to junior team members;
• Create Five9 Flows to implement work flows for self service capabilities.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands on Experience on Contact Center and Five9 cloud contact center.
• Aware of IVR flows, Five9 platform to manage inbound and outbound communication.
• Handling and troubleshooting issues related to Five9 / Clearview / Virtual Observer / Verint.
• Hands on experience for Rule Configuration and Workflow creation / Modifications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.Js.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration and web technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure) and CI / CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• English is mandatory;
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Data, IT or a closely related field.

Desirable Skills

• Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Twilio and Five9 integrations and services.
• Create technical documentation and support user training as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Five9 integrations and services.
