Overview

Position: Financial Operations Associate — 100% Remote

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to support our clients with financial reporting, bookkeeping, and data-driven insights. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, clear dashboards, and reliable information for decision-making across an international client base.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain financial dashboards for clients, providing clear visibility into performance, cash flow, and key metrics
• Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, including transaction classification and reconciliation
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Support monthly and periodic financial reviews
• Identify discrepancies or issues in financial data and report them to the team
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting quality

Requirements

• Experience with bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work with financial data and dashboards
• Comfortable working with accounting software and spreadsheets
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and professionally
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Portuguese proficiency is required
• Self-driven, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
