We count on you for:
  • Own agent segmentation, prioritization logic, and activation criteria
  • Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, forecast and performance framework
  • Monitor funnel performance and identify opportunities for acceleration
  • Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and field partners
  • Lead performance reviews, business updates and forecasting cycles
  • Partner with distribution, Marketing, Underwriting, operations, and technology to align execution with strategic priorities
  • Support Life distribution governance and reporting cadence
Qualifications:
  • Experience in insurance strategy, analytics, consulting, or performance management
  • Strong understanding of Life Insurance distribution funnels and cross‑selling dynamics
  • Experience distributing insurance products across digital and non‑digital channels
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong experience with BI and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
  • Experience designing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance scorecards
  • Familiarity with CRM, policy administration systems, and distribution platforms
  • Ability to work across multiple data sources and ensure data consistency and governance
  • Fluent in English (it will be tested)
