Qualificações

Enterprise IT Leaders (EITL) is an executive-level advisory service that delivers expert insight and guidance tailored to each member's context and most critical initiatives. EITL consists of 9 areas of expertise (domains) that cover several areas within IT: Applications, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure & Operations, Strategic Portfolio Management, Security & Risk Management, Sourcing & Vendor Management, Software Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence.

Gartner’s Executive Partners team consists of 178 EP’s globally who specialize in one of the 9 domain areas and equip business leaders with indispensable insights, advice and tools to achieve their mission‑critical priorities today and build the successful organizations of tomorrow.

What you will do
  • Manage a portfolio of 25-35 clients, typically CISOs, from global Fortune 1000 organizations and government agencies.
  • Deliver value through regular briefings, workshops, roundtables, webinars and by attending relevant Gartner events.
  • Coach and mentor clients on critical initiatives and obstacles for today and tomorrow specifically within the Security Risk Management space, using your prior experience and Gartner resources.
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner teams such as Sales, Analysts, Client Managers, and peers across other EITL domains to ensure value is delivered.
  • Represent a client‑facing position that requires a high level of executive presence and the ability to build trust and deliver value.
  • Contribute to member retention and support regional growth through direct support of Gartner Sales in prospect cultivation, account plan development and value demonstration activities.
  • Operate as an individual contributor in a predominantly home‑based role, managing your own desk and administrative tasks such as travel, expense reports and meetings.
What you will need
  • 15+ years’ experience with a primary focus as an executive in a Security Risk Management leader role within a Fortune 500 company.
  • Extensive experience running security programs and/or practice areas as a Chief Information Security Officer, Security Practice Group leader or other equivalent role.
  • Experience in executive‑level roles within consulting, sales or customer‑facing positions.
  • Experience and expertise with modern information security programs, including assessing business/organizational strategy and risk; developing security strategy and roadmaps aligned to organizational strategy and risk; building security teams and capabilities; implementing key security solutions such as SIEM, Identity & Access Management, threat and vulnerability management, forensics, endpoint security, network security, etc.; building effective, repeatable processes to support security programs; creating security metrics and reporting mechanisms.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
