We are looking for a Privacy and Data Protection Specialist to work with a focus on the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of personal data protection policies, ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and specific requirements of the betting industry regulations.

This professional will be part of the Legal department and will support the Compliance, Technology, and Data Protection areas, actively participating in risk assessments, contract reviews, maintenance of the record of processing activities, and providing guidance to business areas.

Responsibilities and Attributions

• Support the implementation of privacy, cookies, consent, and information security policies.
• Conduct mappings and inventories of personal data.
• Participate in internal and external audits on data protection.
• Lead privacy awareness training sessions.
• Act as a communication channel with the ANPD and SPA / MF, when required.
• Coordinate responses to data-related incidents (breaches, leaks, etc.) in collaboration with the Technology Department, ensuring an integrated and efficient approach.
• Oversee and support data protection impact assessments (DPIA).

Requisites and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Previous experience in privacy and personal data protection
• Preferred certifications : EXIN Privacy & Data Protection, DPO, ISO (Information Privacy Management)
• Advanced knowledge of LGPD, GDPR, and international privacy practices
• Experience with privacy management tools
• Intermediate proficiency in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an analytical mindset
