Villa dos Idiomas is seeking passionate and dedicated English Teachers to join our team and help shape the language journey of children, teenagers and young adults. This role is ideal for English Language educators who believe in the power of immersive, joyful, and meaningful language learning experiences — and who want to work in a school that values both academic excellence and socio-emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach dynamic, hands on English lessons for Kids, Teens, and Young Adults, with a strong focus on communication and fluency.
• Integrate 21st-century skills such as collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity into everyday classroom practice.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging curiosity, empathy, and learner autonomy.
• Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to students and their families.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional excellence.

Requirements

• Degree in Languages, Education, Pedagogy, or related fields.
• Fluent English, with excellent spoken and written communication.
• Prior experience teaching English to young learners is a strong asset.
• Strong classroom presence, creativity, and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Commitment to student development — both academic and personal.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attendance, dedication, and commitment are essential requirements for this position.
