We are looking for our best Employment coordinator to join our Brazilian team, who will directly influence the success of the students' employment process changing their lives!

Your mission will be to help and support students at every stage of their employment journey, from the course completion to the job offer.

Your skills :
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize
  • Ability to motivate and get along with different people
  • Strong ownership and time management skills
  • Experience in working with documents, spreadsheets, dashboards
  • Understanding of how LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards work
  • Understanding of the IT market, technologies, and hiring approaches
  • Proactive mindset in decision-making and openness to experiments with employing juniors
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level and above
Bonus points :
  • Experience in HR, recruiter, coordinator roles
  • Experience with LMS, CRM, ATS tools
  • Desire to learn how technologies work ‘under the hood’ and complete our basic courses (HTML / CSS, JS, SQL, Java, etc.)
Your tasks will be :
  • Preparing students for job search : help with creating competitive resume, cover letter, social media profiles
  • Conducting webinars and lectures on employment and mock interviews for students
  • Supporting students in the process of applying for jobs and communicating with recruitersAnalyzing students' progress in finding a job, the IT market in general (amount of vacancies, job boards updates, etc.)
  • Working with Slack, CRM system and task managers
  • Working with the Partnership team
  • Be empathic and motivate students when they need it
