Senior Dynamics Developer Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 and excellent problem-solving skills.The role involves reviewing and improving customer journeys, ensuring seamless operations from initial form entry to final lead disposition.

You will work closely with leadership to assess system configurations and implement solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and user experience.Review and audit customer journeys from website form entry to lead disposition.Assess and optimize call schedules, sequencing, prioritization, time zones, location assignments, call queues, and replenishment for agents.Work with the CEO to align system configurations with call log data.Implement, test, and confirm changes function as expected.Coordinate deployment of changes into production.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Dynamics CE expertise (hands-on configuration and development).
