We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated DPO (Data Protection Officer) to join our team.

As a DPO, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, managing data processing activities, and implementing best practices to protect customer data.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Provide clarifications and take appropriate action to address data protection concerns
  • Receive and manage communications from national data protection authorities
  • Take necessary actions as required by these communications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Guide employees and contractors on best practices and policies regarding the protection of personal data
  • Perform other duties related to data protection as determined by the data controller or established in complementary regulations
  • Stay updated on changes in data protection laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance
Requirements :
  • Proven experience as a Data Protection Officer or similar role
  • Experience in digital platforms or Big Tech in data protection, privacy law, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR and other relevant data protection frameworks
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing data protection policies and procedures
  • Preferably Lawyer
