We are looking for a Domain Architect End User, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid / remote, in the city of Belo Horizonte - MG.

The Domain Architect – End User Computing has the responsibility of designing, governing, and evolving the architectures that support the end-user experience in Brasil and Canada’s operations. This includes devices, desktops, laptops, mobile, virtualization, collaboration, remote support, and digital workspace solutions. The goal is to provide modern, secure, efficient environments aligned with user needs, ensuring high availability, ease of use, and integration with corporate platforms.

This professional will work collaboratively to implement innovative solutions that promote productivity, security, automation and mobility, respecting international governance and security standards, and with a clear vision of user-centered digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities

Define and maintain end-to-end architectures for End User Computing (EUC) environments, encompassing physical, virtual, mobile, virtual desktops (VDI), BYOD and collaboration devices.

Establish standards and frameworks for device provisioning, management, and security, including access policies, identity control (IAM), encryption, and threat protection.

Lead modernization and digital transformation initiatives for smart workspaces, with a focus on automation, self-service, cloud integration, collaboration (MS Teams, Zoom), and mobile applications.

Evaluate and implement virtualization, mobile device management (MDM), endpoint security (EDR), zero-trust, monitoring, and remote support technologies.

Proactively work to solve performance, scalability, and availability challenges, ensuring support for remote and hybrid work.

Collaborate with IT, security, business, and operations to align demands and promote the best end-user experience.

Promote effective governance, complying with global regulations (LGPD, GDPR, PIPEDA) and internal policies.

Produce complete documentation, guides, contingency plans, training, and best practices for support and operation teams.

Participate in forums, workshops, and innovation projects to keep the technological environment in line with global trends.

Requirements and Competencies

Essential Requirements (Hard Skills)

Higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar areas.

Solid experience (minimum 8 years) in architecture, management and innovation of the End User Computing environment in global companies or highly complex sectors.

Advanced knowledge in EUC platforms and tools: Microsoft 365, Windows Desktop, mac OS, VDI (Citrix, VMware Horizon), MDM (Intune, Mobile Iron), collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).

Expertise in device security, zero trust, identity and access management (Azure AD, Okta), encryption, endpoint protection, automation, and monitoring.

Experience with hybrid and remote work environments, advanced technical support and strategies to maximize productivity and security.

Fluent English for global technical communication, advanced Portuguese for Brazil-Canada alignment.

Knowledge of digital tools for Change Management and collaborative communication (MS Teams, Share Point, Yammer, etc.).
