Position: Director of Sales & Pipeline Growth
Location: Remote
Compensation: $2,500 to $3,000/month base + performance-based commissions
Reports to: General Manager
Team Size: 6–10 BDRs

The Role

A fast-growing U.S.-focused company is seeking a hands‑on Sales Leader to build, lead, and scale a high‑performing outbound sales team.
Ideal for someone who can close deals, create outbound systems, and coach BDRs to consistent weekly performance.
If you’ve hit quota, trained top reps, and know how to sell to business owners—this role is designed for you.

What You’ll Lead
1. Predictable Weekly Pipeline
  • Lead a team of 6–10 BDRs generating 2+ qualified leads per week each (12–20 demos total).
  • Drive a ≤14‑day sales cycle from first contact to contract signed.
  • Own the full outbound motion: prospecting → demo → handoff → close.
2. Business‑Owner‑Focused Outbound Strategy
  • Build and refine outreach targeting business owners, development teams, and multi‑unit operators.
  • Create scripts, frameworks, and messaging around core pain points.
  • Train reps on business fundamentals (unit economics, ROI, EBITDA impact, etc.).
3. Weekly Coaching & Accountability
  • Run daily performance reviews and live call coaching.
  • Track core KPIs: contact → demo → show → close.
  • Maintain a culture where 2 qualified leads/week is the non‑negotiable baseline.
4. Optimize Tools & Processes
  • Ensure CRM hygiene (Zoho CRM).
  • Oversee RingCentral usage to maximize outbound productivity.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, clean data, and weekly dashboards.
Success Metrics
  • 12–20 qualified demos per week (team)
  • 2 qualified leads per BDR, per week
  • Sales cycle under 14 days
  • High lead quality (low non‑assertive leads)
  • Monthly contracts closed
What You Bring - Required
  • 3–5+ years full‑cycle outbound sales
  • 2+ years leading BDR/SDR teams (6+ reps)
  • Proven success in staffing, BPO, VA services, or B2B services
  • Strong call‑coaching, scripting, and objection‑handling skills
  • Experience building outbound systems
  • Proficiency with Zoho CRM, RingCentral, Google Workspace
  • English C1+ and thrives in KPI‑driven environments
Preferred
  • Experience selling to franchise or multi‑unit businesses
  • Knowledge of franchise or operational economics
  • Background in subscription or SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with outbound automation tools
