The Director, Solutions Engineering is responsible for leading the strategic direction, design, and implementation of associate technology at Humana, focused on computing and mobility solutions. This role will require a deep understanding of modern workplace technology and the digital employee experience. The Director, Systems Engineering is responsible for the oversight of multiple systems and projects, including device management, virtualization, and automation technologies. This position will also be accountable for the implementations of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and oversee and evaluate system security, privacy, and backup processes. This role will be an instrumental part of the departmental leadership team for our Associate Technology Experience group. They will partner closely with senior leadership and peers across Architecture, Product Management, Support Services, and Experience & Design.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$189,400 - $260,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
